New Hire Training
Our solid new hire training program begins with a comprehensive Induction program which apprises them of what Jeena & Co. is all about in terms of the array of services currently being offered, organizational policies, procedures and an overview of technology used in its departments.
 
Also prior to the new hire commencing the OJT (On the Job Training) exercise in his / her designated business function, we conduct an extensive systems training which provides a detailed insight into the functioning of our state-of-the-art in-house ERP wherein our trainers incorporate visual images of the computer screen (multi-media screen capture) to illustrate functions, examples, and how tos.
 
On the Job Training
We believe this form of training to be beneficial to our new hires in terms of:
Allowing the new associate to see first hand the different facets involved in the task designated to him / her
Allowing the new associate the opportunity to develop a working relationship with an existing associate
 
Continual Learning
Another aspect of our comprehensive employee training program is the Continual Learning program which ensures that our associates are kept abreast about policies, procedures and the technology used in their departments.
 
Personal Development
We believe in today's competitive world, it's not just enough to have a good degree or a good job. What is required is having the right skills to get the best job and give your best performance. Along with responsibilities, come in pressure to perform, skills to excel and needless to say stress on the self while trying to meet up the different demands in life.

Employee satisfaction is the level of contentment an individual feels toward their job. It is a facet of employment that is seldom discussed, but is a very important element in any workplace. It is important for businesses to monitor and understand satisfaction levels, and for good reason: the level of satisfaction employees feel toward their job is directly related to how successfully they perform their job, how long they remain at their current place of employment, and most importantly, it impacts the collective culture of the business.

We at Jeena conduct periodic Climate Surveys - We are interested in our employee’s opinions or perceptions. We believe that there are no right or wrong answers and we like to know our employee’s opinions on few parameters. We rather prefer to have their first impression.
 
Why do we conduct an Employee Satisfaction Survey:
Understand the company culture:
The satisfaction levels in a business are too often ignored until a sick company culture is affecting financial performance. Sadly, by the time the danger signs are evident, what might have been a simple fix may have morphed into a bigger and more costly problem.
 
Address employee benefits:
Our company may be well-run, but are employees satisfied with the plans the company offers? Are there changes or additions that could be implemented for little or no additional cost that would be welcome? An employee satisfaction survey will get us the answers we need.
 
Improve teamwork:
No successful company is run by keeping people in silos. People work best in teams, and to improve the performance of your teams, we gather the information  needed to help them operate most efficiently.
 
Improve satisfaction and productivity.
Employee satisfaction questionnaires are an excellent vehicle for determining how employees view their jobs and the company as a whole. Do employees have the tools needed to do their jobs, a work environment that is driving high levels of productivity, and are they satisfied with opportunities for advancement? These and many other questions can be answered with a survey.

Scoring
The scoring has been consistent in almost all parameters. We saw a slight dip in 2015 on certain parameters but we are happy to note that we have improved over a period of time, reaching up to 98%.

The aim is to work on the feedback year on year basis to engage with our Workforce and our Lifeline!
