Role Interview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pricing Executive / Manager to join our team, in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Strategic thinking, getting best rates with good market insights will be essential as you contribute to our company’s expansion and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Inbound Pricing for Sea/Air Freight.
• Interact with agents for updated pricing from various origins to various India destinations and keep branches informed at regular intervals via monthly data analysis.
• Explore avenue for better pricing through various agents, interaction with VP Sales/CDM’s for more additional agents to check for better Pricing.
• Deal immediately with each enquiry from Branch and revert in time with rate indications to be quoted to sales/Branch/Overseas Partner.
• Ensure that rates/ quotations received from Overseas agent are complete in all aspects in line with the expectations of the customer and quote complete cost to Sales/Branch/Overseas Partner.
• Maintain cordial relationship with Sales and Marketing to ensure that the company achieves the Inbound Targets.
• Understanding the market rates and doing best to fulfill customer expectation with regard to pricing/costing.
• Timely acceptance of any developments/changes requested by Management and learning/modifying working style as per Situation demands.
• Responsible for Achieving All India Budget with respect to Volumes and Revenues for Import Product.
• Interacting with Clearance department internally, and quote DDU/DAP cost for agent routed enquiry and quote in Foreign Currency.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Experience of dealing with shipping line/ Overseas Counterpart.
• Able to understand and communicate foreign accent of English enabling to communicate with overseas partners.
