Straight From the Heart

In this issue we are delighted to announce our latest ventures and share with you the achievements that have done us proud.

We have also forged new ties and strengthened the old ones. And acknowledged the oldies who chose to stay.

And yes, we did have a choice. Of perhaps another job or a bigger pay packet. We also had the proud privilege of having worked for the third generation of Katgaras – the late Mr. Nari J. Katgara and the late Mr. Adi J. Katgara, whose priceless contributions to society and the world at large are too innumerable to enumerate here. And all of us also knew for a certainty, deep down, that no matter where we went, no matter how great the job satisfaction or monetary gain, we would not find more humane, more generous or more considerate employers than the Katgaras and it is the loyalty and dedication they so unwittingly inspired and continue to inspire through the fourth generation we presently work for, that has stopped us from making that choice and moving on….

- Ketayun S. Desai
